Eligibility for Return & Exchnage

1. Return/Exchange Period: All return or exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

2. Product Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged. All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.

3. Non-Returnable Items: Products marked as Final Sale, customized items, intimate wear, or gift cards are not eligible for return or exchange.

4. Defective/Damaged Products: If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by sending an email with clear photos of the product and packaging.

How to initiate Return & Exchange

Returns & Exchange Process

1. Inspection: Once we receive the returned item, it will be inspected by our quality control team.

(Note: Products that fail to meet our return conditions will not be accepted and will be shipped back to you at your expense.)

2. Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method or as store credit, based on your preference.

(Note: Shipping charges and COD fees (if any) are non-refundable.)

3. Exchanges: If you’ve requested an exchange, the new item will be shipped after the returned product passes our inspection.

(Note: In case the desired product is out of stock, we will issue a refund or store credit.)
